Course Timeline
Week 1: Menstruation - Inner Winter
5th November: 19:30-21:00 CET
Just as your body releases its endometrium, your mind wants to release all the "stuff" you've built up in the past cycle. Your energy drops along with estrogen and progresterone dropping, and it's the perfect time for rest, reflection, stillness, restoration and connection to the self.
Week 2: Follicular Phase - Inner Spring
12th November: 19:30-21:00 CET
The time between your period and ovulation represents inner spring: a playful, higher energy phase. It can feel like a "reawakening" as you come out of the period cave, motivated and inspired to tackle new projects and experiences. It's a great season to start new things and find time for play!
Week 4: Luteal Phase - Inner Autumn
26th November: 19:30-21:00 CET
This phase is conceptualised by descending from inhale (ovulation!) to exhale, to the depths of the body, turning the energy inwards. Progesterone, which rises after ovulation, can promote calmness and introspection. This time is a ‘get-shit-done’, detail oriented, truth-telling part of the cycle.
Week 3: Ovulation - Inner Summer
19th November: 19:30-21:00 CET
The time around ovulation represents inner summer: a kick-ass, energetic, bold part of the cycle. It’s a very fertile time in the body and creatively, NOT just for making babies! It's fertile soil for EVERYTHING. The life you want to manifest, the people, the projects, everything...
Week 5: ✺ Bonus ✺ - Defined by the Group
3rd December: 19:30-21:00 CET
In our final week, we'll dive deep into a topic chosen collectively by the group. This could be somatic practices for deeper body awareness, advanced cycle tracking techniques, navigating work-life balance with your cycle, cycle syncing in relationships, creative practices for cycle awareness… or anything else that the group is particularly passionate about.

Hey there! I'm Carmen - an organisational psychologist, speaker, consultant, holistic women’s wellness mentor and womb awakening & healing practitioner. I'm on a mission to help women reconnect with their bodies, embracing the magic of their menstrual cycles.
I'm all about exploring the unknown and uncovering forgotten parts of ourselves. My big question: How can we human better?
From diving into organizational psychology to embarking on a personal health transformation, my path has led me to a powerful realization: our bodies, especially our menstrual cycles, hold incredible wisdom.
